This agreement is effective unless and until either by the customer or VMAX CONCEPT GROUP SDN BHD. Customer may terminate this agreement at any time. However, VMAX CONCEPT GROUP SDN BHD may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply with the terms and conditions.

Source codes and Intellectual Property
All source codes built by VMAX CONCEPT GROUP SDN BHD to its client together with its Intellectual Properties are owned by the VMAX CONCEPT GROUP SDN BHD, unless client willing to pay the full system development cost and indicate the ownership of source codes and intellectual in the agreement.
Service and system development Refund Policy
The client may request for a refund within 7 days upon paying the first invoice issued. If development works has been start before request for refund, work has been completed beyond the amount covered by the initial payment, the client shall be liable to pay for all work completed at the hourly rate of RM300, which could result in higher fees then the quote prices given.
Goods Return and Refund Policy
The returned goods/products will be checked with receipt together and the goods should be in good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container received. If the goods/products have been damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. VMAX CONCEPT GROUP SDN BHD will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirmed the goods/product, customer will receive their refund in 7 to 14 days after the confirmation. If you have paid for an order via Credit Card/Bank Transfer, refunds for such orders will be credited to payment method, in order to use your fund to pay your future orders.
